Each 7000-series filter includes four moulded polyurethane neck reducers and a 150mm spun alloy base to maximise the number of fitments available from a single filter. This makes fitment easier when no Pipercross Induction Kit is available for your car.

The PX7000 open cone utilises distinctive Pipercross Vortex foam to give increased surface area for improved dirt retention and also features a polished "PX" stamped end cap for great underbonnet looks.

Based on the popular Viper intake, the Venom 7000 uses a 75mm OD direct air feed system to supply cold air straight into the filter, with a powder coated alloy heat shield to keep underbonnet temperatures away from the cool air inside the intake. Inside each Venom is a removeable reverse-flow filter element to make cleaning and servicing straightforward.
